555qqo Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the 555qqo platform. This document sets out all rules regarding accounts, bonuses, payments and responsible gaming in detail.
General Introduction
555qqo (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "our") operates an online entertainment gaming service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a binding legal agreement between the Platform and you (the user).
By registering with or using 555qqo, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
555qqo reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published means you have accepted the new terms.
Account Registration and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use the service on 555qqo. This platform is open only to those aged 21 and above. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each person may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts — using the same name, address, device, IP address or payment method — all accounts will be closed and any bonuses earned will be cancelled.
2.3 Accurate Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. 555qqo may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You are liable for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments
3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount
555qqo currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300.
3.2 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Completing the account verification process is mandatory before making a withdrawal.
- Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
- Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- 555qqo reserves the right to hold withdrawals if fraud or a breach of rules is suspected.
- Bank transfers may take a little longer to process.
3.3 Currency
All transactions on 555qqo are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). A conversion fee may apply for transactions in other currencies.
3.4 Transaction Verification
To prevent money laundering and ensure secure transactions, 555qqo may request additional verification for any deposit or withdrawal. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
555qqo offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳6,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal can be made. This means if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you need a total of ৳40,000 in wagers to become eligible for withdrawal.
- Specific games and a set time limit apply for completing wagering requirements.
- Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of bonus activation.
- Wagers on progressive jackpot games may not count toward wagering calculations.
4.3 Other Promotions
555qqo periodically offers special promotional offers, tournament bonuses and weekly cashback. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are listed on the relevant offer page. Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless clearly stated otherwise.
4.4 Bonus Abuse
If evidence is found of bonus abuse, attempting to meet wagering requirements through artificial bets, or exploiting system vulnerabilities, the account will be suspended and the bonus cancelled.
VIP Program
The 555qqo VIP program has three tiers. Through regular play you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy more benefits.
- Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback and priority support.
- Silver Tier: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback, special promotions and faster withdrawals.
- Gold Tier: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback, a personal account manager and exclusive offers.
The decision of 555qqo management on determining and changing VIP tiers is final. VIP membership may be cancelled due to a breach of platform rules.
Fair Play Policy
6.1 Gaming Rules
All games on 555qqo are conducted fairly and transparently. Certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game outcomes.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Placing bets using any kind of software, bot or automated tool.
- Taking advantage of game errors or technical issues to gain an unfair benefit.
- Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
- Using the platform for illegal funds or money laundering purposes.
- Colluding with or using deceptive strategies against other players.
6.3 Technical Errors
In the case of winnings incorrectly displayed due to a software error, 555qqo reserves the right to void that amount. 555qqo will not be held liable for any mechanical or technical failure.

9.1 Closure by User
You may request to close your account at any time. Any eligible funds in your balance at the time of the request may be withdrawn, however unused bonuses will be cancelled.
9.2 Closure or Suspension by 555qqo
555qqo may suspend or close your account for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any clause in these terms and conditions.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Failure to complete identity verification.
- Bonus abuse or misuse of the system.
The decision of 555qqo management on payment of any remaining balance upon account closure is final.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances will 555qqo be held liable for the following:
- Any damage or loss caused by internet connection disruption.
- Damage caused by third-party software or technical issues.
- Damage caused by the user's own negligence or unintentional errors.
- Damage caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.
The total liability of 555qqo shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question under any circumstances. Gaming is a risk-based activity and there is no guarantee of winning.
Dispute Resolution
For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We provide 24/7 live chat support in Bengali. Most disputes can be resolved through discussion with the support team.
If a resolution cannot be reached through the support team, the matter will be referred to the 555qqo review committee. The committee's decision will be considered binding on all parties.
The deadline for submitting a dispute is 30 days from the date of the incident. Any claim filed after this period may not be accepted.
Intellectual Property and Copyright
All content on the 555qqo platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, gameplay, software — belongs to the intellectual property of 555qqo or the relevant licensor. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use of any content without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
The names and content of game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe) belong to the intellectual property of the respective companies.
Changes to Terms and Their Effect
555qqo reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the platform after changes are made means you have accepted the new terms.
If any part of these terms becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. These terms are written in Bengali and the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.
